Pediatric Injury Prevention & Safety Outreach Program works with community organizations such as the Voluntary Action Center (VAC) to help identify families who are eligible for no-cost injury prevention essentials.

Are you eligible for Kohl's Safety Store products?

If you are interested in receiving Kohl's Safety Store products at or no-cost to you, please visit the Voluntary Action Center for eligibility screening. For the eligibility screening, you will need to provide the following:

• Proof of residency
• Your child's birth certificate
• Guardian's personal identification
• Proof of income

If you are eligible, Voluntary Action Center will provide a voucher that will be needed for your appointment at the Kohl's Safety Store.

You're eligible, now make an appointment

Once you've received your voucher from Voluntary Action Center, please make an appointment with Safe Kids to receive Kohl's Safety Store products.

Appointments are available every 4th Friday of the month from January through November between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Each 30-minute appointment will provide education on how to use and properly install Kohl's Safety Store products.
