Common areas include the kitchen, TV rooms, library, living room, internet and laundry facilities. Tour the Guest House
Guest House History Eugenia Wyatt became interested in EFCC as a result of her youngest sister's battle with cancer. Her sister, Juanita Roberts, received treatments from Ellis Fischel, MD, a pioneer in the fight against cancer. Even though Juanita eventually succumbed to the disease, Mrs. Wyatt never forgot the special care Dr. Fischel provided. Eugenia Wyatt's interest grew as she watched EFCC flourish over the years. Mrs. Wyatt, along with her husband, Ernest, spent much of her life in rural settings and envisioned a home away from home for cancer patients who commute long distances to receive lifesaving treatment. Made possible through a significant gift from the Wyatts, the Ernest and Eugenia Wyatt Guest House will stand as a legacy of their loving and caring spirit.
