What wellness programs are offered?
- Phase III Cardiac Rehab
- Supervised exercise by a registered nurse. A physician's order is required to participate in this program. Available exercise times are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Phase III Pulmonary Rehab
- Supervised exercise by a registered nurse. A physician's order is required to participate in this program. Available exercise times are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Employee Wellness
- Unsupervised exercise for University of Missouri Health Care employees. Available exercise times are Monday through Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 7 a.m., and anytime on Saturday or Sunday. A brief orientation and signed consent form are required to participate in the program.

- Multi-station weight machine
- Free weights
- Miscellaneous items for balance and core exercise
- Small, indoor walking track
How much do the wellness programs cost? Insurance does not cover any of our wellness programs. The phase III cardiac and pulmonary rehab programs have a fee per 28 sessions. The employee wellness program costs $20 per month or $45 per three months. Fees must be paid prior to starting each month or three-month session.
