"Open access" procedures can be scheduled at University Hospital, Columbia Regional Hospital, or the Digestive Health Center at Fairview by calling (573) 882-1434, option 1 or toll-free 1-866-442-8685.  Consult forms can also be faxed to 1-866-442-8686.

Referring Physicians Online provides real-time, online access to your patients' medical records. You may view information for patients referred to any of our clinics or endoscopy labs.

Gastroenterologist on-call:

To speak to the gastroenterologist on-call, call the University Hospital Operator at (573) 882-4141, and have the gastroenterology fellow on-call paged. The fellow is available during nighttime hours, on weekends, and on holidays.
