MU Children's Hospital has 100 percent private patient rooms - 27 pediatric and 16 adolescent - and child-focused amenities, including a playroom and a game room. It features a jungle theme for T.J. and his friends and a newly updated climate control system to ensure patients a comfortable atmosphere. A new pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) provides state-of-the-art critical care with 13 patient rooms while the 38-bed neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) provides care for the tiniest Missourians.

MU Children's Hospital is located at the crossroads of Interstate 70 and U.S. Highway 63 - providing easy access to children from throughout Missouri.
