The Staff for Life Helicopter Service's Eurocopter BK 117, or Staff for Life #1, is located at University Hospital in Columbia, Missouri. In addition to routine scene and inter-hospital flights, this helicopter is also utilized for Children's Hospital pedatric and neonatal transports, and other specialty transports such as OB and balloon pump patients. Staff for Life #1 also has the capabilities of transporting a patient that weighs up to 400 pounds, and has available space for an additional medical team member when needed.

The Staff for Life Helicopter Service's Eurocopter AS350, or Staff for Life #2, has the primary mission of providing critical care air transport for the Lake of the Ozarks region. This aircraft is based at Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach.

The second AS350, Staff for Life #3, is based in LaMonte, Missouri. This aircraft is capable of transporting patients to medical facilities in Kansas City, Columbia and Springfield. It has been serving west central Missouri since 2005.
