Reproductive Medicine and Fertility, as part of the MU Women's Health Center, has established a center of excellence with special expertise in infertility, menopause, and endocrinologic disorders. The Center remains the only comprehensive patient care and research unit focused on women's health in the mid-Missouri area.
Our staff work closely together to create a patient-friendly environment which allows for the best care possible. Coupled with the extensive clinical and research experience of our physicians, this allows us to provide outstanding patient care in a warm, compassionate, and individualized manner. Ultimately, we want to provide patients with their best chance to take home a baby.

The Reproductive Medicine and Fertility in vitro fertilization (IVF) program started in 1990, and is one of the area's most successful and experienced infertility centers, achieving pregnancy rates at or above the national average. Additionally, we are a member of the Oncofertility Consortium and are able to offer patients both oocyte as well as ovarian tissue freezing.
We are pleased to offer the most affordable infertility care in Missouri. We accept most insurance plans and for self-pay patients the services are heavily discounted, including office visits.
