Health Information Services (Medical Records) Welcome to MU Health Care's Health Information Services Department. We specialize in the management of your health care information, and we value the confidentiality of your information. There is so much more to our department than storing the record which documents your clinical information. We keep all the documents and records organized and available for your physician's review. We ensure the documentation of your care is appropriate for federal and state guidelines and billing purposes. We make sure copies of the records that document your health care are available for any physician you choose, your insurance company, your attorney or for your personal use.
