Our goal is to teach you and your family members how to handle your unique health-care situation. Payment Options Sinclair Home Care is a licensed Medicare and Medicaid home health care agency. We accept Medicare, Medicaid and a number of private insurances including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Healthcare, First Health, and Multiplan. We are working on adding new insurance contracts to our agency. Medical equipment and supplies may be covered by most insurance companies. Sinclair Home Care will assist you in working with your insurance carrier to address your needs. If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact us at 573-884-7000. Sinclair Home Care serves home health clients over the age of 16 in Audrain, Boone, Callaway, Cooper, Howard, and Randolph counties in Mid-Missouri.
