Ages for Immunization

  • Newborn - Hepatitis B
  • 2 months - DTP (diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis), hepatitis B, Hib (Haemophilus influenzae type b) and polio (inactive)
  • 4 months - DTP (diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis), hepatitis B, Hib (Haemophilus influenzae type b) and polio (inactive)
  • 6 months - DTP (diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis), hepatitis B, Hib (Haemophilus influenzae type b)
  • 12 months - MMR (measles-mumps-rubella), varicella (chickenpox) and polio (oral)
  • 15 months - DTP (diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis)
  • 4 years - DTP (diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis), MMR (measles-mumps-rubella) and polio (oral)
  • 12 years - Diphtheria-tetanus (repeat every 10 years)
  • Students in college and other post-high school institutions who received one vaccination before or at 12 months of age. - Measles
  • Adults older than 65, children or adults with high-risk conditions, people who live in close proximity to others with high-risk conditions and children who take aspirin for arthritis or other conditions. - Influenza (repeat each fall when the vaccine becomes available)
