Transplant Education/Outreach "Understanding Kidney Transplantation" is a one-hour educational program that we are eager to bring to your facility! Topics include:
Our goal is to educate dialysis staff about transplants so they can share this knowledge with patients who have chronic kidney disease and their families. We will also meet individually with interested patients and family before the staff in-service. Outreach Schedule
