TDDs (telephone aids) are available for hearing-impaired patients, and TTYs (teletypewriters) are available for deaf patients. Sign language interpreters and other interpreters are available. To arrange for these services, please contact your nurse.
Missouri Rehabilitation Center accepts Medicare, Medicaid, workers' comp and private insurance. A sliding scale means test may be applied for Missouri patients without a funding source. Missouri residents are charged according to their ability to pay as determined by the scale. No medically appropriate Missouri residents will be denied admission because of inability to pay. Ginn Mission Park
Ginn Mission Park is a unique outdoor mobility course with a variety of realistic challenges for patients.
Our mission is to help patients achieve maximum independence. Ginn Mission Park helps us achieve that mission. This attractive park, designed specifically for therapeutic purposes, contains various inclines and surfaces similar to those patients may encounter when they return to their home and community.
The park allows therapists to simulate real-life situations such as crossing a yard, going to a lake or walking down a driveway to get mail. Other functional uses of the park include cognitive exercises designed to improve memory, vision and problem-solving abilities.
Patients, visitors and staff members enjoy the beauty and tranquility of this unique way we make our mission come alive.
Mail, packages and flowers are delivered to patients Monday through Friday, except on holidays.

A registered dietitian works closely with your doctor to determine your nutritional needs, and your meals are planned accordingly. You will be visited by the dietary staff after admission.
We offer a cafeteria on the mail level which offers breakfast, lunch and dinner every day.
We hold services at 2:00 p.m. every Sunday in the chapel. The chapel is open weekdays during office hours and for the Sunday service. If you wish to see a minister of your faith, please dial 0 and ask the hospital operator to page the chaplain.
