Kopfle named chief human resources officer Sue Kopfle, M.B.A., has been named chief human resources officer at University of Missouri Health Care. She began work Jan. 7. As chief human resources officer, Kopfle is responsible for providing system wide support for staff, patient care and business strategies. She will oversee management of UMHC’s human resources department, including leadership development and staff health services. Kopfle previously served as senior vice president of human resources and corporate performance/compliance officer at Good Shepherd Healthcare in Allentown, Pa. Kopfle has also held administrative positions at Catholic Health Initiatives of Oregon/Idaho; Healthpartners of Southern Arizona in Tucson, Ariz.; and Midlands Community Hospital in Papillion, Neb. “Sue is an exceptional human resource leader who has demonstrated an outstanding ability to integrate superb customer service and sound business objectives,” said Jim Ross, chief executive officer of University of Missouri Health Care. |
