MU Health Care Photographer Receives National Recognition
Photographs taken by Justin Kelley, media producer at University of Missouri Health Care, will be displayed nationally during the Children’s Hospital Association’s 2017-18 Children’s Hospitals Photo Exhibit.
The exhibit is a competition presented by Huggies® and administered by the Children’s Hospital Association. The exhibit celebrates the commitment of children’s hospitals across the country to the health and wellbeing of all children.
Kelley’s photographs ― two of 48 chosen for the exhibit ― were selected from more than 180 submissions entered by 40 children’s hospitals nationally. Exhibit selections were made by a panel of judges representing Parents magazine, National Geographic Kids, Positive Exposure and the Children’s Hospitals Today editorial advisory committee.
The exhibit will be on public display in Washington, D.C., from July 10 through 15 in the rotunda of the Russell Senate Office Building and the foyer of the Rayburn House Office Building. Additionally, the exhibit will be displayed across the country at select children’s hospitals and partnering organizations through 2018.
