Karen's Fruit Salad

Makes 10 1/2 cup servings

  • 1 can (16 oz.) unsweetened pineapple chunks
  • 30 small grapes (approximately)
  • 2 large oranges
  • 1 large kiwi
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Drain pineapple. Cut oranges into bite size pieces. Combine pineapple, grapes and orange pieces in bowl. Blend kiwi and lemon juice together in small bowl with either blender, wire whisk or mixer. Add mixture to fruit salad.
