Green Beans with Red Peppers
Makes 4 servings.
- 8 ounces fresh green beans, stems removed
- 1 red bell pepper, cut in strips
- olive oil cooking spray
- 3 tbsp. broth
Steam beans until tender - about 3-4 minutes. Cook red pepper strips with olive oil spray and add broth. Add green beans and cook for one minute or until thoroughly heated.
