Microwave Meat Loaf
Makes 8 servings
- 1 1/2 pounds ground round
- 1 8-oz. can tomato sauce, divided
- 1 egg, slightly-beaten
- 1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon instant, minced onion
- 1/8 teaspoon instant, minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Combine all ingredients, reserving 1/4 cup tomato sauce for topping. Pat into 9x5x2 inch microwave safe loaf dish. Cook on full power for 8 to 10 minutes, or until internal temperature of 160 degrees. Pour remaining tomato sauce over meat loaf.
