Ranch Dip With Vegetables

Makes 8 servings.

  • One 10 1/2 -ounce package soft silken tofu lite
  • 2 Tbsp. low fat mayonnaise
  • 1 package dry ranch salad dressing mix

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Chill at least 2 hours. Serve with fresh cut vegetables.
