Eat more high fiber foods, may decrease risk for colon cancer

Include foods rich in vitamins A and C in your diet may decrease risk for larynx and lung cancer

Eat moderately of salt-cured smoked and nitrite-cured foods. May increase incidence of esophagus and stomach cancers keep alcohol consumption moderate, if you drink heavy use, espicially with tobacco use, increases risk of mouth, larynx, throat, esophagus, and stomach cancers
