The Green Meadows General Pediatric Clinic offers primary pediatric care for children from birth to age 19, including well-child checks, immunizations and treatment for routine illnesses. Appointments can be scheduled in advance with the pediatrician of your choice. We welcome interviews with our pediatricians to help in your selection of a physician.

The staff at Green Meadows

• Staff pediatricians who are members of University Physicians, the largest multispecialty physician group in mid-Missouri
• Resident physicians who have earned a medical degree and are receiving additional training under the supervision of the staff physicians
• Medical students working under the direction of a resident physician and a staff physician
• Registered nurses and licensed practical nurses
• Receptionists

Children's Hospital pediatricians practicing at the General Pediatrics Clinic at University Physicians - Green Meadows provide four clinical services:

• Private clinics offer a private setting. Your child always will be seen by his or her primary care doctor, at times accompanied by students.
• Continuity care clinics are staffed by pediatric residents supervised by attending physicians at this clinic.
• You can't predict when your child will be sick and need to see a physician right away. The same day clinic is designed to care for children who need to be seen urgently but cannot get an appointment in a private clinic. Complex problems are referred to a private or continuity clinic.
• The evening clinic is open Monday through Thursday evenings from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Emergencies should be seen in the Emergency Department at University Hospital.

After-hours care

When health-care problems occur after clinic hours or on a weekend or a holiday, our nurse triage system is available to assist you and, if needed, can connect you to the pediatrician on call. Payment methods

We ask that you make payments or payment arrangements at the end of your office visit. Cash, personal checks, Visa and MasterCard are accepted. If you provide us with insurance information, we will file claims for the services provided by your physician. To arrange a payment plan, please call (573) 882-6927.
