Rapid Response Program
We understand that occasionally issues may arise during your interaction with our multiple University of Missouri Health Care departments. Because your time is very valuable, we have dedicated physician advocates to interface with the involved parties and facilitate problem-solving on your behalf. Whenever you need support services, our physician advocates are available to answer your questions, address your special requests, and field any suggestions for organizational improvements.
Because your schedule is a hectic one and your need for assistance or information doesn't always arise between eight and five, Monday through Friday, we're making ourselves accessible, regardless of what day it is or even what time it may be. You can access our services when you need them - seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
