Viewing Patient Record - Login Help
Logging In for the First Time
Login with the User ID (User Name) and Password that are given to you.

The first time you login, you will be prompted to change your password.
Enter the password that was given to you as the "Old Password" and then enter a new password in the "New Password" and "Confirm Password" boxes. Then click OK.
For security reasons, it is recommended that you choose a password that only you would know and that you can remember. It also is recommended that you use a combination of letters (uppercase and lowercase) and numbers to make your password truly unique. We recommend that your password be a minimum of 7 alphanumeric characters. The maximum number of characters allowed is 32.

A message will confirm that you have successfully changed your password. Click OK.

Changing Your Password
You can change your password at any time by clicking on the Change Password link at the top of the screen in the global area.

When your password is about to expire, you will receive a message to change your password. This message will continue to appear each time you log in to PowerChart Outreach until you change your password.
If you do not change your password and it expires, the next time you try to log in to PowerChart Outreach the Change Password dialog box will display with the message, "It is required that you change your password."
