Early Childhood Outreach

The SOAR Early Childhood Networking Nights are designed to provide education and support for parents of children up to age 8. The events are free and dinner is included. Space is limited and registration is required for each event. Adults only. No child care offered.

Sessions are held at the Columbia Public Library, located at 100 W. Broadway in Columbia. To reserve your spot, please call the library at 573-443-3161.

Each session will include:
6 p.m.: Dinner and networking
6:15 p.m.: Presentation
7:15 p.m.: Q-and-A session
