Please share your ideas about improving our organization! The Staff Suggestion Program is one of the key programs administered by Staff Council. If you have an idea to improve Columbia Regional Hospital or its clinics, please use this link to print a form and send it via campus mail or email the form to the staff suggestion committee mail box.
The Staff Suggestions Program committee evaluates all suggestions for merit and effort shown. The more details included in the suggestion, the greater the chances of successful implementation. If a suggestion is implementation, the contributor will be recognized. The committee will hold your identity in confidence. Your name and contact information will be used only to respond to your suggestion. Anonymous suggestions will not be eligible for recognition, but may still be forwarded for implementation. All suggestions become the property of University of Missouri Health Care.
