Staff Suggestion Program

Please use this form to share with us your ideas and suggestions about improving our organization. Be as thorough as possible as you complete the sections below.

Suggestions will be evaluated for merit and effort shown. The better the effort to detail the suggestion, the greater the chances of a successful implementation.

The Staff Suggestions Committee will evaluate all suggestions. The implementation of outstanding suggestions will be recognized.

The Committee will hold your identity in confidence. Your name and contact information will be used to respond to your suggestion. Anonymous suggestions will not be eligible for recognition, but may still be forwarded for implementation.
