Below is a current listing of open bids/proposals for University Hospitals and Clinics.  Copies may be downloaded.  However, if for any reason our specifications and general conditions are altered in the response, the University will ignore the alterations and our specifications and general conditions will be the prevailing document. 

Bids/proposals must be received in hard copy, sealed, unless bids/proposals instruct otherwise, at the office of the Manager of Purchasing, University Hospitals and Clinics, be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked: "Bid/Proposal for Furnishing and Delivery of TITLE OF BID/PROPOSAL, RFB/P BID/PROPOSAL NUMBER" and addressed and mailed to University Hospitals and Clinics, Purchasing Department, DC068.20, One Hospital Drive, Columbia, Missouri 65212, ATTN: BUYER NAME.  If hand delivered or sending by express delivery only, deliver to University Hospitals and Clinics, Purchasing Department, Quarterdeck Building, 2401 Lemone Industrial Blvd., Room QD168, Columbia, Missouri 65201.

Bids/Proposals may be subject to periodic addenda during the open period of submission.  Vendors are responsible for checking this website for addenda and incorporating the changes into their response.

The University reserves the right to waive informalities in bids/proposals and to reject any or all bids/proposals.  If you have any questions that need to be addressed, call the Purchasing/Contracting Department at (573) 882-7178.
