Medtique Online Gift Shop

Don't worry! If you don't see what you want in our online collection, call (573) 884-2550 during business hours. Our staff members and volunteers can help you choose an appropriate gift for your loved one. After making your selection, you will be asked to provide your credit card information and the patient's name.

The Medtique Gift Shop at University Hospital is pleased to offer a 24-hour online catalog to our customers who are unable to visit our shop. This option allows for courteous and efficient service to you and more importantly, to our patients; your friends and family members.

Simply choose your gift item(s) from the selection provided and then we will guide you through the information we need to complete your order. You will receive a confirmation notice via e-mail once your order has been processed and sent to the information desk for delivery.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Our secure server, with encryption provided by VeriSign, ensures the safety of transactions.

Delivery

• Orders received between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday through Friday will be delivered the same business day.
• Orders received after 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday will be delivered the next business day.
• Orders received after 3 p.m. on Friday or on Saturday & Sunday will be processed and delivered the following Monday.
• We will ensure that the patient is still an inpatient at our hospital before processing your order. If your order cannot be completed, you will be notified by our staff via e-mail.
• For medical reasons, we ask that fresh flowers or plants and latex balloons not be sent to our patients in the Intensive Care Units.

All profits from the Medtique Gift Shop benefit the Service League Auxiliary to sponsor patient programs.

Medtique hours

Monday to Wednesday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Thursday and Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
