University Hospital’s George David Peak Memorial Burn Care Center carries on a decades-long tradition of providing specialized burn treatment for adults and children. The Burn Center is housed in University Hospital and Clinics' Critical Care Tower, which provides the latest in medical technology for critically ill patients. Each unit provides fresh filtered air that is completely exchanged six times per hour. There are also large rooms for patient care and teaching and private space for patients and their families.
