Are you planning on starting a new home HD program? Or do you want to put new life to your existing home HD program? This full day, pre-conference course will include comprehensive presentations designed to cover practical aspects of organizing and maintaining a successful home HD program.
This session is intended for nephrologists, nephrology nurses, renal
administrators, and other members of the interdisciplinary team who currently provide home HD as an alternative to in-center HD.
This Saturday program will have a separate registration fee from the Dialysis conference.
