Rebuild I
Thirty minutes of chair exercises using bands, balls and free weights to improve flexibility, strength, endurance and balance. Designed specifically for those who have arthritis, are recovering from illness and/or surgery or have undergone prolonged activity.

An intermediate level of Rebuild I. Also a 30 minute class.
