Foot and Ankle Surgery
Our physicians deal with all diseases and injuries to the foot and ankle, using both operative and non-operative techniques. Our specialists are located at the Missouri Foot and Ankle Center, 204 N. Our staff
Saul Trevino,
M.D., serves as chief of our foot and ankle service . He specializes in a wide variety of orthopaedic foot and ankle problems, including reconstructive surgery for bunions and hammertoes, sports injuries to the foot and ankle, foot and ankle trauma, deformities secondary to neuromuscular conditions, rheumatological foot deformities, and diabetic-related foot and ankle problems.

Jason H. Calhoun, M.D., F.A.C.S., is J. Vernon Luck Distinguished Professor and serves as chairman of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. He is an internationally recognized expert in musculoskeletal infections and external fixation of injuries.

Thomas Brant, D.P.M., Serves as clinical instructor and specializes in podiatry, surgical and conservative foot and ankle care, bunionectomies, diabetic foot care, heel pain, fractures and sprains. |
| Parvin Behrouzi APRN-BC, MS, FNP, earned a family nurse practitioner degree from MU in 2002. She has been an orthopaedic nurse practitioiner since 2004 and collaborates with many members of the MU faculty, primarily Dr. Calhoun. |
| Margaret S. Rowell, B.S., earned a bachelor's degree in nursing in 1981 and has been a certified orthopaedic nurse since 1993. She primarily assists Dr. Trevino in our clinic. |
Dorothy Wilson, L.P.N., has 35 years of nursing experience and works with Dr. Brant and his patients.
