The Missouri Spine Center is a full-spectrum spine practice, caring for Missourians and those from out of state with spine deformities as well as painful back and neck conditions. We receive referrals from physicians all over the Midwestern United States. We take great pride in giving world-class care to our patients, teaching the next generation of doctors, and advancing spine surgical research.

Our staff of physicians -- Dr. Theodore Choma, Dr. Joel Jeffries, and Dr. Craig Kuhns --specalizes in both surgical and non-surgical treatment of the spine and spinal disorders. Our primary clinic is located on the first floor of the Health Pavilion at Columbia Regional Hospital. We also treat patients at University Hospital.
