From I-70 in Columbia, take "Exit 126 MO-163 Providence Rd to Downtown".
Turn South onto Providence Rd. and go 0.3 miles.
Turn Right onto I-70 Business Loop and go West for 0.4 miles.

Once you are at Rusk Rehabilitation Center,
the PM&R Clinic entrance is on the NE side of the building.
