Raymond Foster, MD

Dr. Foster is a native of Mesquite, Texas.  He attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he earned a Bachelor's of Science in Chemistry.  After almost 10 years of active service as a commissioned officer in the Infantry, Dr. Foster returned to school with the intent of training to become a physician.  He earned a Master's of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine.  After medical school, Dr. Foster completed 4 years of residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Texas A&M University Health Sciences Center (Scott & White Hospital, Temple, Texas).  Upon conclusion of residency training, he moved with his family to Chapel Hill, North Carolina, where he underwent 3 years of fellowship training in Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery at Duke University Medical Center.  During this time in fellowship, Dr. Foster earned a Master's of Health Sciences degree with a major in clinical research from the Duke University School of Medicine.  Dr. Foster is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.  He and his wife have 4 children.

Julie Starr, APRN, FNP


Julie has spent most of her life in the Columbia area. She completed her Bachelor,s of Science in nursing in 1987 and a Masters in 2008, both from the University of Missouri, Columbia. She is currently pursuing her PhD with a research interest in pelvic floor dysfunction. She is a certified family nurse practitioner with a special interest in women's health and pelvic pain. Julie specializes in pelvic floor therapy for the treatment of urinary incontinence, pelvic floor muscle spasm, urinary urgency/frequency and fecal incontinence. She also has years of experience in pessary fitting and management. She offers comprehensive conservative care for women with pelvic floor dysfunction.


Elizabeth Lonberger, APRN, FNP


Beth graduated from Truman State University with a Bachelors of Science in nursing. She obtained a degree from the University of Missouri Sinclair School of Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is certified by the American Nurses Association Credentialing Center and as a Urology Nurse Practitioner by the Society of Urologic  Nurses and Associates. Her areas of interest are female incontinence, urinary tract infection, and pelvic floor therapy.  She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing golf, attending  Mizzou sporting events, traveling and reading.
