Our Jefferson City Urgent Care locations are changing as part of a larger expansion.
We're excited to announce our Jefferson City Urgent Care locations will be changing to create a new location, located at 3527 West Truman Boulevard, Suite 100A.
Important Move Dates
As part of a phased approach, our Urgent Care location on Eastland will close April 21 and join our new location on Truman Boulevard, opening May 30. In the meantime, our Edgewood location will remain open until May 29 before joining the new and expanded location.
Expanded Services
Our new and expanded Urgent Care will offer:
- More space with larger patient rooms
- More services, including on-site imaging and blood draws
- Expanded daily and weekend hours, from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., seven days a week

Why are you changing locations?
In late fall 2023, it was announced the lease for our Edgewood location, home to many of our clinics, would come to an end as part of a school expansion. This has allowed us to reevaluate our clinic needs across Jefferson City, and we're excited to have the opportunity to create a new and expanded Urgent Care.
What will happen to the care teams at our current Urgent Care locations?
Rest assured, the same doctors and care teams you've come to know and trust as our two current locations will relocate to our new location. During the transition period, our Eastland location providers will continue to see patients at our Edgewood location, and both teams will officially move into Truman Boulevard on May 30.
How will these changes benefit the community?
MU Health Care is committed to providing convenient access to care throughout the communities we serve, and this central Urgent Care location in Jefferson City will allow us to do just that. Community members can enjoy consistent daily hours that better fit their busy schedules, as well as expanded services that better bridge the gap for care between doctor's appointments and the ER.
