T.H.E. Expo

Tomorrow’s Health Care Experts Expo offers the opportunity for students to discover the wide range of roles available in the field of health care, helping your student explore various career paths that align with their skills and interest.

Our expo will feature education and immersive activities from a variety of career paths, including lab and imaging positions, therapy services, social work, business support roles, facilities and operations, nursing, medical specialties and more.

Students won't just hear about health care careers, they'll experience them. T.H.E. Expo offers hands-on activities like viewing cells under a microscope, coding medical diagnoses, practicing skills on medical manikins, taking blood pressure, exploring hospital engineering tools, interacting with therapy dogs and more.

We’re excited to welcome middle and high school students to the Tomorrow’s Health Care Experts Expo! This event is a great opportunity for a class outing or field trip and introduces students to a variety of careers in health care.

This is a highly anticipated event. Time slots are available on a first come, first served basis. To help us plan for an engaging experience, we ask that schools register in advance to reserve your spot.

After you submit the form, someone from our team will contact you by email to confirm your registration and let you know if we can accommodate your group at your preferred time.

Where should vehicles park?

Students can be dropped off at the Wyndham Executive Center entrance in the parking lot on Bernadette Drive. Large vans and buses are encouraged to park in the lot on Hutchens Drive, near the LaQuinta Inn and Suites. Smaller vehicles are welcome to park in the complimentary lots surrounding the Wyndham Hotel.

How long should students plan to be at the event?

You should allow one to two hours for attendance, especially if students plan to eat lunch at the event.

Will lunch options be provided?

We will have more information on this coming soon.

What should students expect when they arrive at T.H.E. Expo?

Upon arrival, students will check in at the Executive Center entrance, where they'll receive a booth map and tote bag. From there, they can explore the expo at their own pace. Groups will exit through the same doors they entered.

Will there be animals at the event?

Yes — therapy dogs will be present as part of the hands-on activities. If a student has an allergy or sensitivity to animals, please plan accordingly.

Will photos or videos be taken at the event?
