Your comment is promptly forwarded to the appropriate personnel for acknowledgement and resolution through our system called Quality, Event and Safety Tracker (QUEST), a user-friendly electronic reporting system with web-based data entry. QUEST enables patients and families to report compliments, complaints or suggestions. The system is designed to provide rapid response to patients and families. The team is available from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The office is located on the first floor of University Hospital in main lobby, TC1002, just past the gift shop.
