Online: Patient Safety Network
Your comment is promptly forwarded to the appropriate personnel for acknowledgement and resolution through the Patient Safety Network. The Patient Safety Network (PSN) is a user-friendly electronic reporting system with web-based data entry. The PSN enables patients and families to report compliments, complaints or suggestions. Phone or in Person: Guest Relations
To speak with someone about a recent experience, or if you would like help accessing the PSN, please contact Guest Relations at 573-882-1053. The Guest Relations team is available from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The office is located on the first floor of University Hospital in Room N122, just past the purple elevators.
