Your feedback is important to us. When you submit a comment, it is promptly shared with the appropriate team so it can be reviewed and addressed.
Through our Quality, Event and Safety Tracker (QUEST) system, patients and families can share compliments, concerns or suggestions about their experience. Our goal is to respond quickly and use your feedback to improve the care we provide.

To speak with someone about a recent experience, or if you would like help accessing the PSN, please contact the Office of Patient Experience at 573-884-0000. The team is available from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The office is located on the first floor of University Hospital in main lobby, TC1002, just past the gift shop.
