Sports Physical Event Registration


MU Health Care is offering sports physicals for student-athletes at Jefferson City High School.

Date: Tuesday, June 9
Time: 5:30-8 p.m.
Location: Jefferson City High School, 609 Union St, Jefferson City, MO

Each sports physical exam includes:

  • Height and weight check
  • Blood pressure screening
  • General physical exam
  • Range of motion and flexibility evaluation

Before You Arrive

  • Pre-registration and parental consent are required
  • Please wear athletic attire to their appointmen
