Aaron Koonce, DO, is a board-certified neurologist with more than 20 years of experience treating headache, movement disorders, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, essential tremor and more.
Working with patients to understand their symptoms and assist them in improving their quality of life is what led Dr. Koonce to become a doctor. He emphasizes conservative care and minimizing the role of medications when possible in his practice.
Dr. Koonce and his wife have been married for more than 30 years, and their two children attend the University of Missouri. He enjoys spending time with their Jack Russell terrier Sugar, listening to the compositions of Bach and studying European history.
