About

Adam Henderson, MD, is an emergency medicine doctor with a decade of experience in hospital-based care and austere medicine — providing treatment in a limited-resource environment. He is also interested in disaster medicine and using ultrasound for fast, accurate diagnoses.

Dr. Henderson chose to become a doctor during his military service. Events and training sessions introduced him to the medical field, and he was drawn to the idea of becoming a doctor. Dr. Henderson believes that empathy and understanding are essential to every patient interaction, whether he’s delivering lifesaving care or answering important medical questions.

Dr. Henderson enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids — a son and twin daughters. His hobbies include cycling, hunting and competitive rifle shooting.
