About

Colleen Flanagan, MD, is a board-certified surgeon with additional fellowship training to surgically treat problems with veins and the vascular system. She treats blood vessel disorders, including peripheral vascular disease, places dialysis access catheters and repairs traumatic injury to arteries in the abdomen, neck and other important areas of the body.

Dr. Flanagan became a physician because she felt called to help people and provide well informed medical care to others. She believes in treating patients in the same way she would want her family members to be treated, communicating in clear and compassionate ways so each person can make the treatment choices that best fit their situation. She prioritizes collaborating as part of a team to maximize patient care.

Dr. Flanagan and her partner have a cat. She loves exploring new places, from international travel to new local hikes and restaurants.
