He also is experienced with reconstruction of facial defects, whether congenital or following skin cancer excision.

Currently Dr. Chang is double board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery as well as the American Board of Otolaryngology. He is an Associate Professor with University of Missouri. Dr. Chang, apart from his regular practice, continues to provide care for those less fortunate. He is a member of the "Face to Face Foundation." This is a national non-profit organization for which he volunteers to provide care to help victims of domestic violence. He is also a member of a surgical team to Kenya to provide surgical correction of cleft lip and cleft palate to underserved patients.
