Contractual affiliation includes 19 PEAK outpatient therapy locations across central Missouri 

PEAK Sport and Spine, a PT Partners company, and MU Health Care have signed an agreement establishing a contractual affiliation involving 19 PEAK outpatient therapy locations in central Missouri.

The affiliation will combine PEAK’s established outpatient rehabilitation network, therapists, sports medicine program and operational expertise with MU Health Care’s rehabilitation network, sports medicine physicians and broader clinical resources. The organizations share a goal of expanding access to high-quality rehabilitation services, improving coordination across the care journey and supporting the long-term availability of quality therapy services throughout the region.

PEAK will remain a separate organization and the employer of PEAK personnel assigned to the clinics.

The transition is expected to take four months. During the transition period, teams from PEAK and MU Health Care will work together to finalize details and preparations.  

Patients should keep scheduled appointments unless contacted directly by their clinic; no immediate changes to therapists, services or clinic hours are planned.

The included locations are in Ashland, Boonville, Camdenton, Centralia, Columbia, Fayette, Fulton, Jefferson City, Kirksville, Linn, Mexico, Moberly, Montgomery City, Owensville, Rolla and Waynesville.
