Sports Physical Event Registration

MU Health Care is offering sports physicals for student-athletes at the Sam B. Cook Healthplex.

Date: Friday, July 31
Time: 2-4 p.m.
Location: Sam B. Cook Healthplex, 1432 Southwest Blvd, Jefferson City, MO

Each sports physical exam includes:

Height and weight check
Blood pressure screening
General physical exam
Range of motion and flexibility evaluation

Before You Arrive

Pre-registration and parental consent are required
Please wear athletic attire to their appointment
