Krista Jacques, FNP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner who has more than two decades of experience caring for patients of all ages in primary care and acute care clinics. She offers virtual appointments for a range of preventative and primary care services, illnesses and nonemergent health concerns.

Krista chose to become an advanced practice provider because she wanted to play an active role in diagnosing and treating health concerns while working closely with patients. She helps patients improve their health and prevent disease by empowering them to take control of their own well-being. Krista’s care philosophy is rooted in listening to and getting to know each patient and working toward addressing each person’s needs using shared decision-making and education.

Outside of work, Krista enjoys spending time with her husband of more than 30 years, her grown children, grandchildren and Bernese mountain dogs. She is a lifelong weightlifter, and her hobbies include spending time outdoors hiking, paddleboarding and snowshoeing.
