About
Katie Vestal, PNP, is a pediatric nurse practitioner offering expert care for children who need weight management support as well as care for diabetes and other endocrine (hormone) disorders. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, she spent a decade as a pediatric nurse, driven by a deep desire to help and uplift others.
Katie’s care philosophy starts with compassion, and she works to get to know each patient and their family to create treatment plans that best fit individual preferences, circumstances and goals. She loves building meaningful relationships with patients that are built on trust and a common desire to achieve their health goals.
A native of Moberly, Missouri, where her parents still live, Katie is proud to serve families and children close to home. Her hobbies include reading, traveling and spending time outdoors with her three dogs, Murphy, Ozzie and Oakley.
