About
Nicole Borrenpohl is a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) who cares for patients experiencing mood and anxiety disorders. She also provides specialized perinatal mental health care, including support for individuals navigating infertility. Nicole worked as a psychiatric nurse for five years before becoming a nurse practitioner and has more than a decade of experience practicing as a PMHNP.
Nicole chose a career in nursing and psychiatry because she wanted to make a positive impact on others in their healing journey. Her practice considers each client’s unique needs and preferences and encourages each person to take an active role in their care.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids. Her hobbies include doing puzzles, playing volleyball, crocheting, and listening to music and audiobooks. Their family also includes a South African mastiff, a cat, and many chickens.
