The primary objective of this study is to characterize the clinical and immunologic spectrum of AGS through cross-sectional enrollment of individuals who self-identify as having a diagnosis of AGS. Participants will complete a standardized multi-domain symptom questionnaire and provide a blood specimen for biobanking. The primary research objectives are: (1) to describe symptom profiles across multiple clinical domains in a community-recruited AGS population; and (2) to bank biospecimens for future correlative studies linking symptom phenotypes with serologic and immunologic markers.
The purpose of the study is to describe the range of symptoms that people with AGS experience across multiple health domains, including gastrointestinal symptoms, skin reactions, fatigue, sleep, pain, and neurological symptoms, and to collect and store blood samples that may be used in future research to identify biological markers associated with different symptom patterns.
