Looking for a faster, easier way to see a health care provider? With On-Demand Telehealth, you can see one from your smartphone, tablet or computer. It's free to enroll, easy to use, private and secure.

On-Demand Telehealth is great for when your doctor’s office is closed or you’re too busy to see someone in person. Patients only need access to a computer, tablet or smartphone with camera and audio.

Hours

Our specialists are available from 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., following the same hours as South Providence Urgent Care, to give you convenient access to care when you need it most.

Cost

Our On-Demand Telehealth services are in-network with multiple insurance providers, including United Healthcare, Aetna, Anthem, Cigna and Healthy Blue. Each visit is treated like a standard appointment with applicable copays. Those insured by Custom Network plans pay $15 for Telehealth visits.

For patients not covered by insurance, self-pay visits are $64 each.
