Multi-clinic facility will house family medicine, women’s health, pediatric and psychiatry services

MU Health Care is celebrating its new multi-clinic facility on Columbia’s northeast side with an open house event Thursday, Dec. 3.

The 28,000 square foot Battle Avenue Medical Building, located at 7115 East St. Charles Rd. adjacent to Battle Avenue, will offer 34 exam rooms to provide family medicine, women’s health, child health and psychiatry services. The facility will also include a lab, imaging and therapy services, and a Mizzou Pharmacy location.

“MU Health Care is always looking for ways to ensure our community has convenient access to expert care,” said Jonathan Curtright, MU Health Care’s chief executive officer. “We’re excited to announce the opening of our brand-new Battle Avenue Medical Building which offers primary care services for the entire family.”

The Battle Avenue clinic will offer care that fits a busy schedule, with in-person and telehealth appointment options.

“This new clinic is part of MU Health Care’s commitment to ensuring Columbia’s neighborhoods have convenient access to expert health care,” said medical director Ashley Milham, MD.

The clinic officially opens to patients on Monday, Dec. 7.
